Consultation Meeting with C/RCF Heads on the FY 2021 Must Indicators

The activity was spearheaded by the Policy Development and Planning Section to present the Performance Must Indicators of Division/Center/Residential Care Facility. Said activity was called to order by the Performance Management Team Chair Manuela M. Loza,, OIC-ARDA and Concurrent Policy and Plans Division. Present also in the activity the members of RPMT and the Heads of C/RCF.

Included in the discussion the proposed weight allocation, the targets and the final performance contract of each offices for FY 2021.
